AROUND THE HOUSE

Fancy a holiday in harmony with the tides, in a lush, sheltered, and peaceful setting? Hikers, the GR34 coastal path is just 250 meters from the house, as is the magnificent beach at the back of the bay, perfect for swimming and shellfish gathering. The port and the town center, with its shops, bars, restaurants, and market, are 900 meters away. Surf enthusiasts? Two renowned surf spots await you in Locquirec!

THE HOUSE "Ty Familhoù"

At the end of a private stone drive, this 180 m² Breton house, fully renovated and extended in 2023, can accommodate 8 people. Rated as a 4-star holiday rental, it offers all the comforts necessary for a relaxing holiday. Please note that this house is not equipped to accommodate guests with reduced mobility (stairs on site).

No smoking, no pets. Parties and events prohibited.

Minimum rental period: 2 nights outside school holidays, 4 nights during school holidays (excluding summer) and 7 nights in July-August.

Heated outdoor swimming pool, open from mid-April to the end of September.

Indoor jacuzzi open all year round.

The exterior

- A wooded garden of 1,500 m² with a very large terrace (120m²) with sea view , equipped with garden furniture and a gas barbecue/plancha (please clean after each use :-) ).

- A heated and secure 8x3m swimming pool - sea view and sunny all day.

- A carport with a charging station for electric vehicles (additional charge) (1 car). You can also park directly in front of the house (2 cars).

The ground floor

- 1 very large living room with foosball table , 2 lounges , Smart TV + TV box & wifi , wood-burning stove , library and board games, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen . You'll see the sea from every room!

- 1 glass-roofed spa room with a 5-person jacuzzi and breathtaking sea views! (Please shower before use to remove sand and sunscreen :-) )

- 1 master suite with sea view : 160x200 double bed, dressing room and bathroom with very large walk-in shower – direct access to the terrace and spa .

- 1 WC with hand basin.

- 1 bathroom : large walk-in shower.

- 1 garage : water point for washing your shells, outdoor games, washing machine and dryer, an additional fridge-freezer.
